Welcome to OUT Sports League DODGEBALL!
If you can dodge a wrench you can dodge a ball. OUT Sports League provides fun, recreational, and social sports leagues to Central Florida's LGBTQ+ community. Our Dodgeball league is designed to be inclusive of people of skill levels and backgrounds. We use no-sting dodgeballs to create a fun, fast-paced environment. We play at the Englewood Neighborhood which has a huge gym with a built-in court divider, ample parking and convenient location near the 408 Expressway.
This season will be a new format, a DRAFT league, where we will select 12 captains and have those players draft their teams. This means the league will be a cross between a REMIX and an Organized season, we expect it to be very social and fun!
Everyone registers as an INDIVIDUAL and you will still be able to join with one (1) buddy during registration. Please ensure that if you register with a buddy that you each name each other during registration, chains of friends will not be permitted.
Each week, following play we invite you to head over to District Dive and get a FREE DRINK after every game!. This season OUT Sports League is sponsored by Pineapple Healthcare!
LEAGUE INFORMATION
8 Week Dodgeball Draft Season
Mondays from July 15 - September 9
No Games on Labor Day (September 2nd)
Games take place between 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM
- Teams are 14 players and are created through a Captain's Draft. All Skill Levels are welcome!
- Teams play 1 practice week, 6 regular season weeks and a 1 week tournament.
- Teams play 2 matches each week. Play as many games possible within each 30 minute match.
- Players may request to be a Captain during registration, Captains will be selected on league seniority.
- Games are played 8v8 on the court with no-sting rubber dodgeballs. All games are refereed.

Everyone registers as a FREE AGENT
If you want to play with a FRIEND please name each other during registration. No chains of Friends.
If you want to be a Team Captain you will have an option to request it during your registration.
League Fee Covers - T-Shirt, Courts, Insurance, Equipment, Photos, Awards, and Weekly After Party!
I don't have a team, can I still play?
Yes, register as an Individual and we will place you with a team.
I will miss a few weeks, can I still play?
Yes, all teams have extra players on them just in case you're absent on a given week. Teams can also use substitute players.
How do I make sure my friend and I play on the same team?
During registration there is a field where you can list the friend(s) you want to play with and the league will place you together.
I don't know how to play or don't think I'll be very good, should I play?
Yes, join our social division and you will learn the basics in a fun, encouraging environment.
I'm not LGBTQ+, can I still play?
Yes, we are accepting to all people as long as you consider yourself an ally to our community.
