Welcome to OUT Sports League DODGEBALL!
If you can dodge a wrench you can dodge a ball. OUT Sports League provides fun, recreational, and social sports leagues to Central Florida's LGBTQ+ community. Our Dodgeball league is designed to be inclusive of people of skill levels and backgrounds. We use no-sting dodgeballs to create a fun, fast-paced environment. This season we will play outdoors, at an artificial grass futsol field to take advantage of the beautiful weather. Due to the nature of the larger courts we will also continue to utilize the Nuetral Zone style of play this season.
This is a REMIX season, where all players are placed on teams created by the league to help ensure parity. There will be a mix of recreational and competitive players on all teams, so it's a great season to for newer players to learn skills from our veterans!
Everyone registers as an INDIVIDUAL and you will still be able to join with ONE (1) buddy during registration. Please ensure that if you register with a buddy that you each name each other during registration, chains of friends will not be permitted.

LEAGUE INFORMATION
7 Week Dodgeball Draft Season
Mondays from January 26 - March 9
Games take place between 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM
- Teams are 16 players and are created by the league to ensure parity.
- Teams play 1 practice week, 5 regular season weeks, and 1 tournament week.
- Teams play 2 matches each week. Play as many games possible within each 30 minute match.
- Players may request to be a Captain during registration.
- Games are played 10v10 on the court with 5 no-sting rubber dodgeballs. All games are refereed.
- Due to the size of the courts we will once again utilize the nuetral zone style of play this season.

Everyone registers as an INDIVIDUAL
If you want to play with a FRIEND please name each other during registration. No chains of Friends.
If you want to be a Team Captain you will have an option to request it during your registration.
League Fee Covers - T-Shirt, Courts, Insurance, Equipment, Photos, Awards, and Weekly After Party!
I don't have a team, can I still play?
Yes, register as an Individual and we will place you with a team.
I will miss a few weeks, can I still play?
Yes, all teams have extra players on them just in case you're absent on a given week. Teams can also use substitute players.
How do I make sure my friend and I play on the same team?
During registration there is a field where you can list the friend(s) you want to play with and the league will place you together.
I don't know how to play or don't think I'll be very good, should I play?
Yes, join our social division and you will learn the basics in a fun, encouraging environment.
I'm not LGBTQ+, can I still play?
Yes, we are accepting to all people as long as you consider yourself an ally to our community.
