Welcome to OUT Sports League FRIDAY INDOOR VOLLEYBALL!
OUT Sports League provides fun, recreation, and social sports league to Central Florida's LGBTQ+ community. Our Indoor Volleyball league is designed to be inclusive of people of skill levels and backgrounds. We offer a Social Division (for beginners or players interested in a relaxed, fun atmosphere), and a Competitive Divisions (only players with prior indoor volleyball experience who are secure in the rules are encouraged to play in the competitive division). All of our leagues offer a great opportunity to meet other people in our community in a fun, friendly, and accepting atmosphere. Following the games we'll go to District Dive where you'll get a FREE DRINK ticket every week.
Joining by yourself or with a friend? No problem! Register as FREE AGENTS (you can list your friend(s) during registration and we will place you together.)
Have a Team? Become a TEAM CAPTAIN and have your players register as TEAM PLAYERS. Please note the league has a fixed capacity of 100 players, if your team is incomplete when registration closes or capacity is reached the league will add free agents to your team.

LEAGUE INFORMATION
8 Week INDOOR Volleyball Season
Fridays from January 17th - March 7
No Games October 25 and November 29
Matches will start at 6:20, 8:10 and 9:00pm
- 12 Teams Maximum with divisions determined by registration
- Recreational Teams must have 9 players, Competitive Teams must have 8 players.
- 6v6 matches with standard rotating rules, no libero players and rally scoring
- Games are to 21 (win by 2 or first to 25). Always play all 3 games.
- All games are refereed. Each team is required to contribute line judges.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
$70 per Player
League Fee Covers - T-Shirt, Fields, Equipment, Umpires, Photos, Awards, and Weekly After Party!
TEAM CAPTAIN* - Create a team of 9+ (for Recreational) or 8+ (for Competitive) and invite your friends!
TEAM PLAYER - Join an existing team (please only join if invited to a team)
FREE AGENT - Don't have a team? No problem! Register without a team and you can list friends you want to play with. When league registration closes you will placed on a team.
Want to play with a few friends?
If you have a buddy or a small group of friends who want to play together you can all register as Free Agents. During registration you will be prompted to list player(s) that you'd like to play with. Everyone should register separately and the league will then place you and your friends together on a team.

No skill or prior experience is required.
Weekly After Party will be at District Dive.
All participants in all leagues and events are required to have their own insurance. OUT Sports League DOES NOT provide insurance for participants. ALL participants are required to complete a waiver. Any player who does not sign the OUT Sports League Waiver will not be allowed to participate, no exceptions are made. The only insurance provided by OUT Sports League is the required insurance for the contracts to rent and utilize the playing facilities.
FAQ
I don't have a team, can I still play?
Yes, register as an Individual and we will place you with a team.
I will miss a few weeks, can I still play?
Yes, all teams have extra players on them just in case you're absent on a given week. Teams can also use substitute players
How do I make sure my friend and I play on the same team?
During registration there is a field where you can list the friend(s) you want to play with and the league will place you together
I don't know how to play or don't think I'll be very good, should I play?
Yes, join our recreational league and we’ll go over the basics and help you learn! This is a fun, recreational league so you don't need to be a superstar!
I'm not LGBTQ+, can I still play?
Yes, we are accepting to all people as long as you consider yourself an ally to our community.
