Welcome to OUT Sports League SAND VOLLEYBALL!
Come join us on Friday nights at Festival Park where we'll be playing on the sand and under the lights starting at 6:20pm. The league will contain 2 divisions, Social and Competitive, to accommodate players of any skill level. Don't have a team? Or have a few friends who want to play together? Register as a FREE AGENT and meet some people! Or get some friends together and start a TEAM (see details below). Following the games we'll go to District Dive where you'll get a FREE DRINK ticket every week.

LEAGUE INFORMATION
8 Week Beach Volleyball Season
Fridays from September 27 - November 15 (Make Up Date: November 22)
Depending on the amount of teams, matches will start at 6:20, 7:05, 7:50, 8:35 and 9:20
Matches will be 5 vs 5.
20 Teams Maximum with minimum of 7 people per team. (When the league hits capacity (150 players) registration will close and Free Agents will be assigned to incomplete teams.)
The League contains 2 divisions: Social and Competitive
Games are played at:

We will use standard rotating rules and rally scoring
Games are to 21 (win by 2 or first to 25)
Always play all 3 games
If time is short, play 3rd game to first to 15 points
LEAGUE REGISTRATION INFO
$50 per player
League Fee Covers - T-Shirt, Lights, Courts, Equipment, Awards, Insurance, Weekly After Party!
TEAM CAPTAIN* - Create a team of 7+ and invite your friends!
TEAM PLAYER - Join an existing team (please only join if invited to a team)
FREE AGENT - Don't have a team? No problem! Register without a team and you can list friends you want to play with. When league registration closes you will placed on a team.
Want to play with a few friends?
If you have a buddy or a small group of friends who want to play together you can all register as Free Agents. During registration you will be prompted to list player(s) that you'd like to play with. Everyone should register separately and the league will then place you and your friends together on a team.
*When the league hits capacity or registration closes, Free Agents will be added to incomplete teams to get their rosters to a minimum of 7 players.
No skill or prior experience is required.
Weekly After Party will be at District Dive.
All participants in all leagues and events should have their own insurance. OUT Sports League DOES NOT provide insurance for participants. ALL participants are required to complete a waiver. Any player who does not sign the OUT Sports League Waiver will not be allowed to participate, no exceptions are made. The only insurance provided by OUT Sports League is the required insurance for the contracts to rent and utilize the playing facilities.
FAQ
I don't have a team, can I still play?
Yes, register as an Individual and we will place you with a team.
I will miss a few weeks, can I still play?
Yes, all teams have extra players on them just in case you're absent on a given week. Teams can also use substitute players.
How do I make sure my friend and I play on the same team?
During registration there is a field where you can list the friend(s) you want to play with and the league will place you together.
I don't know how to play or don't think I'll be very good, should I play?
Yes, join our social division and you will learn the basics in a fun, encouraging environment.
I'm not LGBTQ+, can I still play?
Yes, we are accepting to all people as long as you consider yourself an ally to our community.
